Position Details:

The Director, Solution Design leads a support function that develops and executes all processes related to data collection, customer solution and onsite implementation. You will have direct impact on the financial performance of the Keepstock business as their team defines the investments we make in customers across people, technology, and inventory at the start and throughout the customer engagement. You will have large cross functional influence as they partner with field sales and Keepstock leaders to ensure we are positioning Keepstock and our solutions the right way. You will also provide leadership and support related to new inventory management capability development and deployment.


You Will:


  • Build and govern processes that will be used across the Keepstock organization to collect and manage information required to define solutions for customers
  • Build and govern solution roadmap that manages the investment across the lifecycle of the customer
  • Provide central support of all implementation & disengagement activities at the individual deal level
  • Define requirements and implement new tools, e.g. product slotting that aid in the customer solutioning process
  • Lead implementation practice for large and multi-site opportunities
  • Define strategy for team member visit schedule and improve daily team member routes on an ongoing basis
  • Define requirements and implement new tools that aid in the creation and administration of team member routes
  • Develops, communicates and executes, strategies for the continuous improvement of the KS service evaluation and implementation value stream, resulting in improved profitability, speed to revenue, and customer experience


You Have:


  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years progressive responsibility leading successful teams, customer service/experience and business experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with strong interpersonal skills, while also implementing a hands-on approach
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing work teams
  • Experience in leading and promoting large-scale change
  • Excellent business, analytical, communication & facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization, decisively address issues and maintain business focus
  • Collaborate with key business constituents and leaders to align and gain support to business strategies.
  • Manage by influence to key leaders and others that do not directly report to position
  • Ability to operate in complex environments while following tight schedules and lean budgets
