Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $73,400.00 – $122,300.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5 % or $ , based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details
The Customer Information Analyst supports the Customer Information Strategy & Enablement team by leveraging analytics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to improve Customer Information Management (CIM) data quality and adoption. This role analyzes data across multiple systems to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve CIM Organization and Location data quality and support Customer Setup initiatives. Working cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, the analyst investigates data and process gaps that impact CIM adoption and recommends solutions to improve customer information quality and usability. The role also supports the development of scalable processes and reporting, automates routine tasks, and contributes to new processes and data solutions that strengthen how customer information is managed across the organization. This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office at either our Lake Forest HQ or Merchandise Mart location, and reports to the Supervisor, Customer Information Strategy & Enablement.
You Will

Curate and supplement customer information company-wide by executing standardized research and audit processes. Leverage insights from data patterns and trends to improve segmentation and support strategic decision-making.

Transform vague or loosely defined problems into clear, actionable insights by assisting with research, identifying key questions, and proposing data-informed solutions.

Help operations leaders define software requirements for tools that will enable scaled research processes

Assist in developing solutions and processes with a focus on maximizing team output and efficiency

Perform quantitative analysis leveraging SQL/Python – find the relevant data, transform it into a useful format, and structure the results in a consumable way

Communicate research outcomes to business partners with moderate guidance from leaders on how to structure presentations
You Have
-
Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or related field

2+ years experience working with structured data

Experience building relationships with cross functional partners

Experience communicating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience researching and gathering data using internal and external sources

Experience with statistics, basic data visualization and analysis skills: SQL required, R/Python preferred
