Responsible for implementing, maintaining and monitoring various aspects of our Corporate compliance program, including those related to anti-corruption (ABC) and trade compliance (GTC).  Ensures processes related to anti-corruption and trade compliance are followed by cross-functional/global business partners in accordance with Company policy and legal requirements.  Reviews, analyzes and maintains compliance related information related to the  programs corporate ethics and compliance program.  Enhance operations through continuous improvement and promote best demonstrated practices globally.


  • Facilitate the 3rd party due diligence program, with emphasis on “high risk” relationships.
  • Work with outside vendors supporting 3rd party due diligence and other compliance processes.
  • Monitor the processes, systems and tools used for compliance activities
  • Prepare and provide reporting on 3rd party due diligence and additional compliance screening activities
  • Assist with compliance risk assessments
  • Communicate compliance issues as they arise; propose appropriate action plan to leaders for timely resolutions.  Resolved identified issues in a timely manner.
  • Support training requirements across various compliance areas in support of leadership.
  • Provide business partners with visibility to compliance decision-making processes and determinations
  • Work with peers and business partners to support business initiatives and projects
  • Participate in improvement opportunities and provide constructive feedback


  • Analytical Skill – Proven experience in research and analysis; highly curious with an aptitude for implementing continuous, iterative improvements. Strong reporting and Excel skills. Compliance subject matter experience, auditing experience or coursework a bonus.
  • Technical Knowledge – Able to understand technical information, concepts, and decisions. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and utilize proprietary tools. Demonstrated ability to use technical support or technical data to inform analysis.
  • Communication – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to communicate both within the organization and with external partners. Able to work well with others within team and across the organization. Demonstrated ability to convey complex issues succinctly and understand when to communicate upward.
  • Compete with Urgency – Proven ability to demonstrate flexibility and time management skills to accomplish multiple concurrent priorities and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and balance deadlines appropriately.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working on cross-functional teams.  Ability to build and maintain relationships in a corporate environment with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver the right solutions.
  • Attention to Detail – Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Strong organizational skills for planning work and continuously monitoring progress.
  • Problem Solving – Good problem-solving skills. Aptitude for understanding and applying acquired knowledge.
