Compensation:
This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $27.93/hour and $34.90/hour.

Position Details:
This position's primary responsibility is to manage pick task prioritization by order type and time stamp to maintain an even flow within picking and packing throughout the daily operation. The coordinator may provide direction to a team with respect to transactional decisions that are needed to meet operational requirements.
You will:
- Ensure the right resources are allocated evenly across the different work areas to ensure all picking tasks will be picked within the established time stamps.
- Assign employees to work areas and user groups to complete specific tasks
- Work with DC System Support Technicians and Inventory Team to research and resolve picking errors
- Team with picking and packing departments to determine cadence release for even workflow.
- Update Cycle Time Reports for accurate display of metrics
- Communicate with management on staffing decisions and manpower movement.
- Organize the release and picking of special orders (Pandemic, Return to Vendor, etc.)
- Update forecast and cadence models to ensure accurate release of tasks
- Prioritize the release of specific orders to meet early shipping times
- Observe the DC"s conveyor system and Order Buffer for jams or slow moving product and contact Maintenance accordingly
- Able to multi-task several functions within the operation to avoid miscommunication or delays in processing
You have:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must have an in depth understanding of outbound operations and experience within bins and machine picking
- Must be able to use SAP, MOVE, DC Profiler, HK, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional interpersonal / communication skills as this associate will be communicating through verbal and written channels with many levels of the organization to accomplish tasks
- Flexibility to identify, prioritize and take action in any of the key duties as well as roles outside of these when necessary to support business needs
- Must meet deadlines, be able to solve problems and make thoughtful decisions in situations where guidance may not be available
- Execute processes in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
- Flexibility to support the business needs when overtime is required
- Excellent attendance record and reliability
