Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $72,700.00  to $121,100.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

Position Details

As Manager you will have responsibility for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) projects for the Distribution Center. You will manage a team of supervisors and hourly team members across all shifts in performing daily, weekly, and monthly plans to increase quality, inventory accuracy, and service. You will partner with other leaders to coach team members at all levels on the importance of inventory control and quality assurance methods and tools. You will report to the Sr Director, Distribution Operations.



You Will

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to salaried ICQA supervisors and hourly team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect. This includes interviewing and training, assign and direct work, performance evaluations, and recognition and disciplinary action.
  • Measure quality and inventory data accuracy to identify causes of inventory deviation and use continuous improvement and methodologies to increase quality, inventory accuracy, and service.
  • Establish inventory handling procedures to ensure compliance and consistency and complete inventory cycle count plans for each area.
  • Remove barriers and report on improvement project progress and performance to leadership to create an environment for team goal agreement and success.
  • Develop partnerships with other leaders to influence and align people at all levels to support ICQA goals

 

You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years in a distribution or warehouse environment required
  • Experience in common inventory management concepts, methodologies and tools (e.g. e. six sigma, lean, visual management, 5s)
