PRIMARY FUNCTION
Provide the best human resources service to the organization, complying with the required specifications required in the job descriptions and profiles requested for each vacancy.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate administrative control of open and filled requisitions (status, approvals, postings, and key dates).
- Assign requisitions daily and support intake/updates with hiring managers and TA leaders (clarify role requirements, align on changes, and ensure systems reflect the latest details).
- Assist with immigration-related recruiting workflows (e.g., posting requirements, screening resumes for required criteria, and tracking documentation to support compliance).
- Update recruiting reports and dashboards; proactively communicate status and next steps to recruiters, hiring managers, TA leaders, and/or other stakeholders.
- Post and manage requisitions across internal and external job boards; audit postings for compliance with organizational guidelines and required content.
- Provide recruiting operations support as needed, such as LinkedIn access administration and ServiceNow (SNOW) ticket submission/tracking.
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed (e.g., system clean-up, new workflow rollouts, and stakeholder communications).
- Keep high-volume hiring moving by prioritizing competing requests, ensuring data accuracy in recruiting systems, and following/documenting processes to improve consistency.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree BA/BS degree preferred
- 1+ years relevant work experience; experience in staffing firms or corporate recruitment environments required
- Profiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge in all sourcing components including qualifying candidates, networking, competency interviews, assessments, recruitment at all levesl and management of job description and job profiles.
- Proficient in effective communication and working in team.
- Focused on results: organization, follow up, tracking.
