- Learning Systems Administration
- Manage day-to-day LMS functionality including course and program lifecycle, learner enrollments, class close-outs, instructor management, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve learner/admin inquiries, and escalate complex system problems.
- Support day-to-day management of external learning platforms (licenses, access, reporting, etc.).
- Program and Class Logistics
- Automate and coordinate logistics for enterprise-wide programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, professional, and career development).
- Ensure smooth operations for both in-person and virtual events by automating Outlook communications, Teams channel setup, SharePoint maintenance, and Smartsheet tracking.
- Document logistics and processes for enterprise-wide programs (e.g., onboarding, leadership development, professional, and career development).
- Manage participant communications, scheduling, event logistics, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth operations for both in-person and virtual event
- Technology & Platform Expertise
- Configure, maintain, and optimize tools for content delivery, learner engagement, and reporting.
- Support integrations across platforms and ensure data accuracy for compliance and professional development programs.
- Create surveys, dashboards, SharePoint resources, and manage external learning deployments.
- Data & Analytics
- Collect data across multiple systems to analyze and report on learning effectiveness, engagement, and compliance.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for leadership decision-makin
- Process & Continuous Improvement
- Document and improve standard operating procedures for learning administration.
- Apply problem-solving skills to streamline processes and improve the learner experience.
- Evaluate current and proposed systems and procedures with a focus on process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Engineering, information systems, or related field preferred
- 4+ years LMS administration (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Workday, Saba, or equivalent). preferred
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of solving complex problems
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Connect, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 36
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Process-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive in improving systems and workflow
