You Will

Support development of strategic frameworks, models and strategies to accelerate profitable growth in multi-year timelines in direct sales channels. Lead the Research, Development, Testing, and implementation of these strategies. Partner with teams to understand current state, evaluate economic models and conduct risk assessment to inform strategic coverage decisions. Support agreement of strategies with important partners and leaders. Partner with Coverage operations to evaluate and improve analytical models and standard work to accomplish strategies. You will report to the Director, Supplier Management.

  • Partner with teams in the understanding of current market state and opportunity. Build agreement on executive leadership.
  • Support teams in the development of frameworks, models and approaches to create, test, and if appropriate implement new approaches
  • Lead specific teams in analytics and development, testing and prioritization of new concepts. Ensure use of metrics, assumptions, hypothesizes.
  • Lead teams in the assessment of results and plans. Lead the development of insights and plans

You Have

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience consulting with development of hypothesis-based approaches, frameworks and executive level presentations
  • Experience working with large multi channel B2B organizations
  • Support communications for senior leadership
  • Experience and know-how in building data-driven decision and measurement/ testing systems
  • Collaboration skills
  • Experience defining customer research and summarizing insights for developing customer strategies
