You Will

The Sr. Analyst leads/oversees select functions which support the daily productivity and profitability of the Grainger product portfolio. You will oversee execution of departmental processes while ensuring their standardization, optimization, and continued review for improvement. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Merchandising and Supplier Management.

  • Be an expert for processes including:
  • Product Discontinuation and Reactivation
  • Retain Material
  • Merchandising Changes in the Noncore and Core Offerings
  • Help develop Transitions strategy with important partners to achieve our goals.
  • Influence decisions with partners.
  • Implement and support standard processes within defined service level agreements.
  • Establish and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify essential barriers/core problems to deal creatively with complex situations; troubleshoots and resolve complex problems.

You Have

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
