You Will

The Direct Mail Marketing Manager manages strategy and analysis of the Direct Mail and Collateral channels. You will increase efficient results across the channels. You will support revenue and volume in the marketing funnel and essential life cycle metrics. The Direct Mail Marketing Manager will be the channel expert working across the organization to develop integrated channel plans to support essential marketing goals for both large and medium customers. You will also improve seller effectiveness by managing an automated system to provide seller tools at the moment of need. The Response Marketing Manager develops circulation strategies to promote $500 - $600 Million in revenue annually. You will report to the Sr Dir, Targeted Marketing & Mass Media.


You Have


  • 3+ years in circulation strategy development
  • Experience Creating Direct mail within a large corporate structure
  • Experience managing different direct mail formats
  • Knowledge of direct marketing metrics & expertise in measuring marketing performance
  • Proficiency in developing and analyzing integrated marketing programs across channels (email, search, social, display, and offline)
  • Knowledge of systems architecture, interfaces, and reporting structures
  • Report skills (BOBJ, Crystal, Adobe, Access & Excel (can perform complex functions) )
  • Experience compiling and interpreting results to make recommendations to senior management
  • Experience managing inventory, which shows knowledge of inventory principles and distribution/fulfillment practices with emphasis in web to print
  • Knowledge of digital, sheet fed, and web printing practices and mail standards
  • Systemic thinker with experience with anticipation impacts across multiple channels, processes, and partners
