Compensation
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $78,200.00 to $130,400.00.

Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.

You Will:
- Responsible for in-house programmatic strategy development, campaign activation and optimization across key buying platforms (Meta, DV360, etc.)
- Manages the official Grainger accounts across key programmatic buying platforms
- Creates customer centric goals and KPIs for our programmatic campaigns to align with our overall marketing and business objectives
- Identify and develop audience targeting strategy across different programmatic platforms as it relates to the implementation and execution of campaigns.
- Owns of programmatic campaign budget reporting, reconciliation, accrual, and invoice process
- Collaborates with our creative and content Marketing team to develop, coordinate, test and report on ad copy and creative assets by different campaign goals (e.g., awareness, engagement, and conversion)
- Owns daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting efforts and analytical support to generate valuable insights and improve performance (e.g., pacing, performance, campaign efficiency, and profitability analysis)
- Collaborates with buying platform partners on strategy development, new capability testing, and ad-hoc requests and opportunities
- Monitors trends in programmatic tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
- Implement ongoing education to remain highly effective
- Support incremental marketing and broader business initiatives with programmatic campaigns through setting, managing and reporting on campaigns that align with incrementality testing and other marketing business initiatives
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in business or marketing Required
- 5+ years’ experience planning and managing end-to-end digital media campaigns; preferably with different DSP platforms preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid media buying and campaign management preferred
- Experience utilizing paid media buying and optimization levers
- Experience with DMPs (Data Management Platforms), audience segmentation, and audience data onboarding tools
- Experience developing programmatic content and promotion
- Experience building relationships cross-functionally, planning, problem solving, and managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
