The Process Management Analyst leads/oversees select functions which support the daily productivity and profitability of the Grainger product portfolio. The role is responsible for consistent execution of departmental processes while ensuring their standardization, optimization, and continued review for improvement.
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned processes including:
- Stop sale and recall
- Reporting and analytics related to our sustainability program
- Execute and deliver on standard processes within defined service level agreements
- Establish and regularly evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement
- Responsible for analyzing and interpreting moderately complex, less clearly defined issues.
- Identifies problems and possible solutions and takes appropriate action to resolve.
- Delivers decisions and recommendations primarily specific to location/ department.
- (Senior) Design processes and solutions for scalability beyond the current Grainger U.S. Business
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in related field preferred
