Position Details:

The Analyst leads select functions which support the daily productivity and profitability of the Grainger product portfolio. You will be responsible for execution of departmental processes while ensuring their standardization, optimization, and continued review for improvement. You will report to the Manager, Cost Management & Execution


You Will:

Be an expert for processes including:

  • Help develop cost management processes through partners.
  • Analyze moderately complex, less clearly defined issues.
  • Build and accomplish standard processes within defined service level agreements.
  • Establish and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify problems and possible solutions and take appropriate action to resolve.
  • Product Cost Changes
  • Supplier Funds Recovery


You Have

  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Customer and solution focused.
  • Fact-based and data-driven.
  • Process improvement champion.
