You Will

 

The Information Change Management team determines and coordinates the notification of various departments when information (data, copy, product images, search terms, etc.) needs to change on the website as well as collects, documents and reacts to internal and external feedback. This department focuses on facilitating data quality and customer experience improvements via our publishing process, category review process and customer feedback intake.

 

The Information Change Process Lead is responsible for the project tool that manages this work as well as the workflows that route the work from one department to the next for both customer feedback/maintenance and category review implementation. The Process Lead duties include project management, project tool ownership (Jira & SmartSheets customization & functionality), workflow ownership and maintenance, advanced tool training, project quality control/auditing, reporting/analytics/metrics, escalations, maintaining knowledge of the overall publishing & Category Review processes and team history/processes, identifying opportunities to improve reporting and processes within department, executing projects within given deadlines.

  • Workflow process, project/tools owner
  • Own reporting and analytics for ICM team and team stakeholders - identify reporting opportunities and develop reports
  • Workflow ownership and maintenance
  • Team resource for escalated feedback
  • Advanced Jira & SmartSheets training resource
  • Partner with teams and leaders across organization
  • Maintain historical knowledge of team and processes
  • Maintain documentation of current processes for internal & cross-departmental use

 

 

You Have

 

  • 3-5 years of Merchandising, eCommerce and/or product lifecycle experience
  • Proactive & resolute – identifies potential problems before they occur and has a prepared solution
  • Takes initiative – always looking for ways to improve the current process
  • Adaptability – open to change and willing to test out new processes
  • Strong reporting & analytics skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship/networking building abilities

  • Desire to always improve the process
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

 

Other:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, JIRA, JQL, Domo, Tableau and Google Applications.
