Position Details:

The Digital Marketing Strategist will report to the Senior Manager, Global Export, Digital and is a key contributor to the Global Export and Puerto Rico groups.  The strategist will develop marketing programs, with an emphasis on digital channels, that Engage businesses at all levels of the marketing funnel.

You Will:

  • Develop, deploy, and analyze brand awareness and demand generation campaigns in multiple inbound and outbound marketing channels including online marketplaces, digital advertising, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media, content marketing.
  • Strategize with partners on marketing and campaign plans against measurable goals and objectives.
  • Plan, create, and execute marketing project work plans and revise to meet changing needs, requirements and budgets.
  • Monitor online campaigns and work collaboratively with the Global Export Digital Marketing Strategist and Customer Analyst to suggest continuous improvement.
  • Monitor online campaigns and collect metrics to calculate ROI and suggest continuous improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of current trends and online marketing strategies as they evolve and apply to maintain relevancy and best practices approach.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of online campaign tactics and scope through partnership with Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Develop and manage processes for content management, time zone, language and cultural specifications for a global audience.·      
  • Review deliverables and ensures deliverable quality.
  • Minimizes exposure and risk for programs and campaigns; resolves and escalates issues.
  • Work with marketing and sales leaders to optimize processes from initial inquiry to closed opportunity.
  • Explore emerging technologies, trends and develop a hypothesize/iterate/scale cultural to accelerate marketing performance.

You Have:

  • 3+ years' experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of best practices in B2B demands generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. Knowledge of Salesforce Pardot, B2BMA, Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira and HTML.
  • Experience buying CPM, CPC, and CPA online media desirable.
  • Experience marketing to diverse international audience’s desirable.
  • Experience with web analytics, ad tracking, a/b testing, tag management and content management.
  • Research best practices, report on competitive activities and deliver strategic recommendations for the future. 
  • Evaluate emerging web capabilities and determine their role in marketing initiatives.
  • Experience successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns cost effectively with clear ROI focused metrics.
  • Experience with executing target audience segmentation strategies preferred.
  • Experience operating in a shared services model in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated experience driving innovation, training and continuous operational and execution improvement.
