Position Description

Sr. Analyst, Order to Cash is responsible for establishing initiatives to develop new processes focused on remediating failures across the Order to Cash process.  This role provides thought leadership and oversight to project team members during the initiation, planning, implementation, and control phases of new process development using standard CI and project management principles and practices (PMBOK)May also represent supported functional areas within strategic initiatives. 


  • Lead process development through the initiation, planning, implementation, and control phases of their life cycle.
  • Analyzes large data sets to determine root cause of targeted failures
  • Ensures that the end results of assigned projects fulfill business objectives and are completed on-time, within budget, and utilizes the appropriate resources.
  • Improve department, cross-functional, and inter-company processes by eliminating waste and implementing innovative solutions to problems.
  • Assembles and manages high performing project teams through effective utilization of skills, management of activities, motivation, and open communication.
  • Creates and maintains an open, honest, and collaborative environment amongst project stakeholders.
  • Support the culture of continuous improvement through team member engagement, training, coaching, and innovation.
  • Identify, review, and promote creative ideas and approaches to improve department and team member performance.
  • Incorporates department and corporate strategies into the project scope and implementation plan as appropriate in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Leads the development, documentation, and transition of new or improved processes to a designated process owner in order to ensure ongoing success after the project is implemented.

Position Requirements:

Education and Background

  • Bachelor Degree with Supply Chain or Project Management focus
  • Possesses 3+ years of project management and/or continuous improvement experience.
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and/or Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus but not required.
  • Experienced in CI or Project Leadership and Management principles and tools.

  • Skilled in the art of change management; able to successfully overcome significant resistance to change and foster full adoption by key stakeholders.

  • Focused and versatile team player who can confidently operate under pressure.
  • Understands and teaches connection between business strategy, goals, and the assignment.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or alternative analytical tools.
