Now Hiring for a Receiving Packaging Coordinator at our Arlington, TX Distribution Center
This is a full-time position of 40 hours working Monday through Friday (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM). No Weekends or Holidays!! Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial Offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Six paid holidays and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

This position is responsible for safe and accurate inventory and material movement within the Receiving/Packaging Departments. Provide technical coordination within the Receiving/Packaging/Returns areas.
In this full-time role, you will coordinate the flow of purchase order receipts, returns and packaging function’s work assignments including receipts and purchase order preparation, product flow through Receiving put-away and packaging stations and floor control of materials movement. Schedule carrier deliveries and collaborates closely with carrier personnel involving delivery documentation including damaged goods receipts and Bill of Lading requirements. Train new personnel within the Receiving and Packaging areas including standard operating procedures and use of material transferring and packaging equipment. Assist Crew Leader in monitoring the safety and proficiency of each team member within the Receiving/Packaging department. Provide coverage directed by the Crew Leader. Order and maintain Packaging supply inventory. Manage the movement and restock of cardboard at the packaging stations.
Your background should include a high school diploma or GED equivalent and valid state driver’s license. One year of general warehouse/distribution knowledge. Average math skills and effective reading & writing skills. Problem solving ability and mindfulness to detail, and accuracy. Ability to spend the majority of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
