Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and drive timely hiring decisions
  • Partner with leaders to support hiring needs
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant recruiting process
  • Support hiring events and build candidate pipelines

Qualifications

We’re seeking a candidate with an Associate degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience, along with at least one year of relevant work experience involving independent decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
