We are looking for a Manager, Drop Ship to join our team!
About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager, Drop Ship to lead our Drop Ship team and accelerate the growth and efficiency of our Drop Ship program at Imperial Supplies. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic planning, project execution, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded. You’ll play a key part in driving continuous improvement initiatives, expanding product offerings, and enhancing our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targeted Drop Ship revenue objectives within the defined expense budget.
- Lead and manage Drop Ship projects by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and holding team members accountable.
- Oversee staffing, performance management, and professional development for assigned team members.
- Manage vendor relationships including order confirmations, shipment tracking, and invoicing, while coordinating with sourcing, transportation, and finance teams.
- Identify and implement program enhancements and process improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
- Research and pursue opportunities for product and service expansion based on market trends.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, and other teams to promote Drop Ship offerings and grow revenue.
- Support training initiatives for Dedicated Account Advisors (DAAs) and new hires.
- Partner with IT and external resources to optimize electronic processes and automate manual tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in sales, support, or program management.
- Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in program management, preferably in a Drop Ship or e-commerce environment.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and lead teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience working with vendors and managing order lifecycle.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with regular interaction with employees.
- Limited travel may be required.
- Physical demands include sitting for extended periods with occasional standing and walking.
