Position Description

The Senior Global Supply Chain Network Analyst on the Network Design team partners with multiple functions to gather inputs, criteria and desired outcomes to deliver analytics and recommendations used to make short, medium and long-term distribution network investment decisions and service changes.  Investment decisions include new distribution centers, expansions of existing sites, renovations and improvements to existing buildings or changes or creation of supply chain services and capabilities. Works collaboratively and facilitates cross-functional discussions as necessary. Key stakeholders include DC Operations, Transportation, Inventory Management, Finance, Real Estate, and customer-facing teams to ensure analytics combined with business context guide decisions that support the design and operational execution of the DC network.


  • Develop flexible, scalable network models and tools to understand, predict and improve logistics operations, architecture, flows and processes.
  • Gather insight from data to create a “story “ and sell ideas
  • Articulate the cost and service impacts strategic initiatives/projects will have on the supply chain network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with teams across the supply chain to identify network improvement opportunities
  • Organize and manage projects for the development and delivery of scalable business processes to improve service or reduce costs
  • Develop communication plans & strategies to manage stakeholders and update the business on key network design initiatives and trends
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and design reporting and metrics as required by business and project priorities.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to improve team and solutions developed within it

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related discipline.
  • Experience in more than one of the following areas: network modeling, transportation, distribution operations, inventory planning, and/or supply chain/business analytics is preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required; experience with the Data Analysis tools and/or solver functionality is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Teradata, Tableau with ability to navigate data through script writing and data visualization is preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets.  Demonstrated success at drawing insights from data. 
  • Demonstrated creative and strategic thinker
  • Comfort developing structure and leading projects that are not well defined.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with and managing a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver business results
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct and effectively manage time in order meet deliverables and deadlines in a dynamic, high change environment.
