Position Description

Purpose

The Sr. UX Experience Measurement Analyst is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer experience in digital channels to help support the larger UX Team and multiple product teams in making impactful, UX data-driven decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Propose and champion usability improvements based on analysis of UX data
  • Work closely with Product and User Experience Teams in execution of UX data and measurement strategies across a range of digital products and platforms
  • Distill and present actionable insights based on UX data to Product Teams, UX, and Leadership that inform design decision-making
  • Present information and insights using data visualization best practices
  • Communicate insight to audiences at all levels, including senior leadership
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Teams and UX to ensure comprehensive coverage of  Tealeaf / SessionCam (or similar) on our digital publications, e.g. www.grainger.com and www.gamut.com
  • Maintain internal customer panel for use in UX research projects
  • Assist in recommending and help implement new tools to conduct research, measure user experience, and gather feedback

Position Requirements:

Requirements

  • Training in User Experience, Psychology, or related fields; Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a UX role in a professional environment
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely about complex topics
  • Basic knowledge of website development
  • Proficient with Tealeaf, SessionCam or other session replay software
  • Preferred Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Preferred Experience with Tableau, Domo or similar reporting packages
  • Highly creative and inquisitive
  • Able to multitask effectively
