Now Hiring Inventory Control Coordinator at our Jenkins Township, PA Distribution Center.

 

This is a full – time position of 40 hours. Working Monday through Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) No Weekends or Holidays!!  Paid Time Off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision. Six paid holidays and the company contributes 6% to a 401K with immediate vesting.

In this full time Inventory Control Coordinator role, you will be responsible for accurate record keeping of company asset control including reporting and investigating finished goods inventory within the designated location.

Responsibilities include coordinating inventory cycle counts. Conduct reconciliation counts, stock out investigations, data enter inventory records, overages, and shortages. Make inventory adjustments with input from the Supervisor.

 

Determining effective shelf utilization utilizing ABC inventory classifications and pick path efficiency. Utilize Bin Master program to permanently move stock within the information system. Monitor correct storage methods including use of location magnet labeling, new products, secondary storage locations, etc.

 

Reconcile negative inventory variances and in transit reports. Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at the regional distribution center at a minimum level of 98%. Collaborate directly with Supervisor or DC Manager to remain current on cycle count objectives.

 

Investigate and trace inbound packaging errors and receipt issues. Provide feedback to the Distribution Center management on corrective actions.

 

Your background should include: a high school diploma/GED equivalent and valid state driver’s license.

Three years of progressive manufacturing or warehousing experience, proficiency with powered material handling equipment. Average math skills and effective reading & writing skills. Problem solving ability and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to spend the majority of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
