What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the enterprise IT project portfolio, aligning investments with transformation goals and business priorities.

• Lead cross-functional governance to prioritize initiatives that accelerate technology enablement and modernization.

• Oversee resource planning, budget management, and project performance tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Champion best practices in Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies to improve delivery velocity and value realization.

• Mentor and develop the IT Project Management team, building capabilities that support sustained transformation.

• Partner with IT and business leaders to advance digital strategies, innovation programs, and operational maturity.

• Anticipate and mitigate risks across the portfolio, proactively resolving delivery roadblocks and aligning stakeholders.

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, value-aligned execution across strategic initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience leading enterprise IT portfolios in a fast-evolving, digitally focused organization.

• Deep understanding of project management methodologies, IT governance, and technology delivery frameworks.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate vision into strategy and execution.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Passion for change leadership, transformation, and enabling teams to excel in a digital-first environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management with a proven leadership track record.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, business analysis, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision and the ability to translate plans into actionable results.
