What You’ll Do

Own and evolve the enterprise IT project portfolio, aligning investments with transformation goals and business priorities.

Lead cross-functional governance to prioritize initiatives that accelerate technology enablement and modernization.

Oversee resource planning, budget management, and project performance tracking, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Champion best practices in Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies to improve delivery velocity and value realization.

Mentor and develop the IT Project Management team, building capabilities that support sustained transformation.

Partner with IT and business leaders to advance digital strategies, innovation programs, and operational maturity.

Anticipate and mitigate risks across the portfolio, proactively resolving delivery roadblocks and aligning stakeholders.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective, value-aligned execution across strategic initiatives.
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Proven experience leading enterprise IT portfolios in a fast-evolving, digitally focused organization.

Deep understanding of project management methodologies, IT governance, and technology delivery frameworks.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate vision into strategy and execution.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Passion for change leadership, transformation, and enabling teams to excel in a digital-first environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management with a proven leadership track record.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, business analysis, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic vision and the ability to translate plans into actionable results.
