Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgets, and timelines while driving process improvements.
- Establish key performance metrics and analyze project delivery effectiveness.
- Lead and inspire the IT Project Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage vendor contracts, scope definitions, and cost controls effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management with a proven leadership track record.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, business analysis, and risk management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic vision and the ability to translate plans into actionable results.
