We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Training team at Imperial Supplies. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and facilitating impactful sales training programs for both inside and outside sales teams. Partnering closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will ensure our teams are equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge they need to succeed. This role also involves monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, adapting programs to meet evolving needs, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs targeted at enhancing sales techniques, product knowledge, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and stakeholders from departments such as Marketing, Digital, Product Management, and Procurement to optimize the sales experience.
- Create, refine, and leverage content to build the skills and capabilities of Sales team members.
- Facilitate interactive sales development sessions in-person and virtually using sound instructional techniques.
- Monitor sales team performance metrics to evaluate training program ROI and adapt initiatives as needed.
- Provide observation, coaching, and feedback to sales team members to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
- Ensure learning transfer through follow-up activities and reinforcement strategies.
- Maintain and track program metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and program launches.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience:
- Minimum: 3 years of sales-related or training experience.
- Preferred: Experience in a contact center environment and group training (both in-person and virtual). Familiarity with internal systems, customer ordering channels, and the ability to demonstrate features on demand is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, applying adult learning principles effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint.
- Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Bitable) is a plus.
- Proficient in leading virtual training sessions using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
