We are looking for a motivated Onboarding Specialist to join our Training team!

 

Position Summary:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding new hires through a seamless onboarding process, ensuring they feel connected, supported, and ready to contribute to our growing team. Under limited guidance, you’ll facilitate training programs that equip new employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Through your expertise, you’ll foster a sense of belonging and collaboration across our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead training programs, both one-on-one and in groups, that ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Facilitate connections between new employees and their peers, promoting collaboration and a sense of community within the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and other departments to coordinate resources and support logistical needs during the onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support to new hires by monitoring their progress and offering reinforcement activities to ensure successful integration.
  • Regularly communicate with leadership on individual employee progress and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Training department by supporting ongoing programs and initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant business or training experience, including experience facilitating in front of groups.
  • Preferred Experience: Varied experience in an office environment and training experience. Familiarity with Imperial ERP. Previous experience speaking in front of groups of 10 or more.
