The Marketing Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Imperial customer Omni-Channel promotions, sales rep incentives, direct mail marketing, trade shows, print advertising, digital marketing and catalog plans. Works as liaison between Marketing Services and cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing materials on-time and within budget. 

 

  • Provides planning support and drives the execution of assigned projects including tradeshows, print advertising, trucking associations, Omni-channel customer promotions, new product campaigns and monthly flyers.

 

  • Responsible for management of assigned projects requested by cross-functional teams; including but not limited to: printed literature, e-mails, digital advertisements, social media, press releases, catalogs and sales rep incentives.

 

    • Project coordination activities consist of job creation, managing quotes from vendors, assigning and prioritizing projects, managing work flow and timelines, maintaining project budget, facilitating project reviews, adhering to deadlines and distributing finished project.

 

  • Collaborate and participate in the development of programs with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Pricing, Purchasing, eCommerce and Sales to deliver effective Marketing campaigns or materials.

 

  • Coordinate all elements of marketing campaigns including reactive customer, trigger, new customer, SEM and digital behavior.

 

  • Forecasts, tracks, analyzes, and reports final results on assigned projects in a timely manner. Provides customer, product, promotion and ROI analysis as needed.

 

  • Analyze, identify gaps and recommend improvements based on established KPIs across various channels including phone, direct mail, e-mail, on-site advertising, search engine marketing and marketplaces.  

 

  • Conducts market/customer/competitor research, customer surveys and trade journal white papers. Determines survey methodology, content and target audience. Provides analysis of results and recommendations for follow-up.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Marketing Communications or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years previous experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Print Production or Project Coordination.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Must be able to analyze data and interpret results; skilled in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to learn different software.  
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
