Our MRO Support Specialists manage the day-to-day MRO program support for Imperial and MRO Sales, including; coordinating order searches and invoicing, fielding general program questions, and identifying and cross-referencing product.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Provide day-to-day Grainger Drop Ship program support to Inside Sales staff.
  • Update open orders with tracking and invoicing information.   Resolve shipping, invoicing and Voice of Customer (VOC) issues, including working with Imperial Finance Department on processing Grainger credits and resolving missing and/or inaccurate credits.
  • Convert Grainger part numbers to matching Imperial numbers and verify accuracy.   Check stock levels and provide ETA to Sales for Grainger products.
  • Perform quotes and product crossing for Grainger Sales.
  • Partner with various MRO team members on various projects on an as-needed basis.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 years of experience in customer service
  • 5 years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team setting. Proficient in product search on web and Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
