As a MIS Program Manager, you will:

  • On a regular basis, engage with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams to provide technological improvements across the business.
  • Under minimal supervision, lead programs that are structured with multiple projects.
  • Create, review, and consolidate the project plans developed for each project within an assigned program.
  • Collaborate with IT Leadership to align portfolio and program resource planning.
  • Plan and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholder are aligned on program status, priorities, business needs and expectations.


Ideal candidate:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships cross-functionally while creating an environment that fosters teamwork to achieve common goals
  • Proven ability to manage programs as well as multiple projects all within an environment of constant growth and change
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 5 years of IT or General Project Management experience
  • Applied knowledge of program, project, and change management practices
