What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) of Imperial Supplies, delivering top-tier service that makes a real impact. Every day, you’ll tackle challenges, find solutions, and help customers keep their fleets running smoothly.

Here’s what your day might look like:

 

  • Wow Our Customers: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions with speed and accuracy. From product availability to returns, you’ve got it covered!
  • Boost Sales: Partner with the sales team to manage complex orders, support big projects, and keep our customers returning.
  • Be the Expert: Maintain up-to-date customer records and share your knowledge to help teammates grow.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work with teams across the company to improve processes and deliver the best customer experience possible.

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Required:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Preferred:
    • Associate degree
    • 3+ years in a fast-paced contact center environment
