SET-UP FOR SUCCESS

You are the face of Imperial as a Field Service Technician. Field Service works one-on-one with new customers to convert their maintenance facilities to Imperial’s inventory programs and maintains our programs for existing customers. See your impact from start to finish by setting up steel bins and drawers, identifying parts, organizing and labeling product, and training customers on use of new technology and processes.

Field Service Technician I, II, and III roles provide a career path to more learning opportunities and challenging work, plus increase your earning potential.

As a Level III Field Service Technician you partner with Outside Sales team members to analyze customers’ shop environments, determine opportunities for product consolidation, define best practices, and recommend improvements for efficiency within customers’ parts departments.

Imperial provides 10 weeks of paid training, company vehicle program, and travel perks.

Must love travel! 90% overnight, nationwide travel is required.
