Compensation:

The base salary for this role ranges between $63,040 - $86,680, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (You Will):

  • Gather and document business requirements via interviews and workshops. 
  • Map current vs. future-state processes, translating into functional specifications. 
  • Skilled in SQL for querying, reporting, data validation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis. 
  • Familiarity with AS/400 (iSeries) environment; ability to read, understand, and analyze existing code 
  • Operate within full SDLC: requirement documentation, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. 
  • Prior experience with Waterfall and Agile models. 
  • Log and track system changes; author test scripts and drive testing coordination. 
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Inventory, Operations, Sales), engage with ERP 
  • Vendor and third-party vendors, and coordinate with customer IT teams during implementation. 
  • Translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders, present technical and status updates clearly. 
  • Provide front line ERP support, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and assist in implementing solutions. 
  • Monitor system performance, scheduled jobs, and data integrity; collaborate with IT to resolve AS/400 or related technical problems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have):

  • 3-5 years of ERP systems experience including functional knowledge of ERP systems and analytics, VAI/S2K ERP preferred.
  • Completion of post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience. 
  • Sound technical knowledge of SQL is required.  
  • Familiarity with AS400/RPG language is preferred. 
  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to find innovative solutions to various challenges.
  • Must have a strong grasp of how potential ERP solutions converge with business needs and goals. 
  • Good project management skills including planning, work management, budgeting and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, with a strong customer service focus. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of leadership to clarify business needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. 
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred.  
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred.
