Position Summary:

Reporting analysts will be responsible for business reporting and analytical needs within the Order to Cash process (Customer Experience, Sales, Operations)
 

Job Responsibilities (You Will):

  • Provide reporting on key operational and strategic metrics across the order to cash process to drive improvement in sales, operations and customer experience.
  • Support leadership by providing analysis and reporting to influence both tactical and strategic decisions for the organization
  • Leverage statistical methodologies to explain results and perform predictive modeling
  • Effectively take large complex problems and create clear/concise recommendations to leadership
  • Data mine large sets of information and perform detailed analysis to identify trends, operational issues and exceptions.
  • Evaluate, design and improve system data and tools to deliver reporting
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects to identify and implement improvement opportunities

 

Education/Experience (You Have):

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience (5-7 years of experience in related field preferred).
  • Experience with SAP, SQL, Business Intelligence (SAP, Crystal, Business Objects, Tableau, Teradata) and/or other database, reporting and analytical tools
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, primarily in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to story tell through data with strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Business maturity, strong teamwork and relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to accuracy and a willingness to make decisions
