Position Summary
The Digital Media Lead is responsible for managing high-volume, dynamic-paid search program focused on driving revenue growth for both new and existing customers while adhering to spending and revenue targets. This role involves leading campaign management and performance analysis efforts to optimize incremental revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Paid search campaign management (Performance analysis, program health checks and optimization efforts)
• Project manage rapid testing initiatives in support of incremental ROAS goals.
• Prepare and present performance reviews and opportunity area discussions with the Marketing Leadership
• Oversee product feed management and collaborate with the broader Grainger technology team to perform daily health checks and resolve issues.
• Work with Google, Microsoft, and Search Ads 360 vendor teams to ensure PPC program objectives are met, troubleshoot issues and stay informed of new capabilities for program optimization.
• Grow and optimize keyword portfolio through rapid testing: data analysis, bid strategy, audience / product, ad copy, landing page, etc.
• Automate processes, reporting and alerts.
• Work with internal business partners and vendors to coordinate and communicate project initiatives, define strategy, make budget recommendations and execute ROI deliverables.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing large scale paid search program for well-established online retailer.
• Strong understanding of paid search channel and best practices (campaign structure, geo/rapid testing, bid strategy management)
• Experience with product listing ads (PLA) and product feed optimization, preferred.•
• Proficient in quantitative analysis / analytical thinking with proven ability to translate analysis into actionable and valuable insights and recommendations.
• Ability to navigate and generate reports from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Power BI
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for comprehensive performance updates and troubleshooting
• Proven ability to build and influence cross-functional external and internal partnerships.
• Strong project management and time management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality of results
• Experience collaborating with Organic/SEO teams and Testing & Analytics teams, preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
