Compensation:
The base salary for this role ranges between $42,000 - $57,750, with eligibility for an incentive target of $1,500.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.
The pay range above is not a guarantee of compensation but reflects the potential total compensation for this role at the time of this posting based on the assigned job grade. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. The stated range is a reasonable estimate and may change over time; final compensation may fall above or below the range provided. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (You Will):
- Travel to customer facilities in the WFS market to support inventory management programs
- Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations
- Fill and pack customer orders for delivery
- Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and/or requests while on-site
- Interact with the customer’s team members and leaders to provide the highest level of customer service
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory at all stocking locations through proper labelling, 5S and cycle counts.
- Use and maintain information systems as designed for tracking inventory, accurate receiving, etc. including S2K, Autocrib and customers ERP systems
- Support, service and maintain all aspects of WFS equipment (vending equipment and tool crib equipment)
- Follow all safety protocols in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the customer’s safety program
- Support the WFS Quality System
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have):
- Warehouse and/or customer service experience is an asset
- Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, time management, and housekeeping skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated winning attitude
- Proven skills in accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different locations for coverage purposes as needed
- Ability to work shift work, including nights and weekends, and 12-hour shifts as needed
- Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and work independently
- Ability to build relationships with customers and business partners and communicate effectively
- Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to learn and retain new software programs relating to industrial vending
- Possession of a valid G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
