KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (You Will): 

  • Travel to customer facilities in London and surrounding area on a daily or weekly basis 

  • Perform inventory cycle counts and inventory replenishment for on-site inventory and vending machine inventory at customer stocking locations 

  • Interact with the customer’s personnel to provide the highest level of customer service 

  • Fill customer orders and package orders for delivery 

  • Complete deliveries as required 

  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory at all stocking locations 

  • Work with WFS Sales staff to create VMI programs for customers  

  • Advise Inside Customer Service Representative of customer orders and requests 

  • Follow all safety protocol in compliance with WFS' Health and Safety policies, the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the customer’s safety program 

  • Support the WFS Quality System 

  • All other duties as assigned 

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS (You Have): 

  • Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience, and 2 years’ customer service experience 

  • Completion of high school diploma, or equivalent experience 

  • Ability to self-manage, self-motivate, and work independently 

  • Demonstrated winning attitude 

  • Superior organizational and time management skills 

  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and business partners, and communicate effectively 

  • Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.) 

  • Ability to learn and retain new software programs relating to industrial vending 

  • Possession of a valid G driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
