Compensation:
The base salary for this role ranges between $88,960 - $122,320, with eligibility for an incentive target of $25,200.00 which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. The stated range is a reasonable estimate and may change over time; final compensation may fall above or below the range provided. Position Details:
The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for retaining, penetrating, and managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts representing approximately $20 million to $40 million in annual revenue. This role develops headquarters and site-specific relationships to drive contract compliance and partnership expansion and to ensure WFS becomes the organization's primary maintenance, repair, and operations provider. The role negotiates profitable business and ensures the implementation of and compliance with agreements by the customer, field-based sales resources, and WFS resources. This role may partner with Grainger Global Export to develop a North American or global approach to addressing the customer's maintenance, repair, and operations needs.
You Will:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that support annual and multi-year customer growth objectives for the accomplishment of company sales, profitability and related service objectives.
- Create and maintain a proficient relationship plan with field and corporate leadership.
- Establish contact maps for the customer’s organization, as well as a strategic account plan designed to provide direction to the field in support of corporate and site-level execution.
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior leaders and executive sponsors as appropriate.
- Partner across the organization to coordinate cross-functional resources to support successful execution of customer agreements and strategic initiatives, including but not limited to: inventory alignment, reporting, service-level standards, customer experience, contract compliance, pricing, implementation and enablement, coverage, e-procurement and inventory management.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of measurable, value-added programs that align the customer’s business objectives with our core value proposition.
- Provide visible leadership and facilitation of the sales management process to create improved revenues and earnings for the company.
- Provide guidance and share best practices with account teams and business partners on strategic and tactical implementation of customer-specific market plans while providing feedback for their professional development.
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years Sales performance selling a structural value proposition required
- 3+ years Selling at a national level required
