Compensation:
The base salary for this role ranges between $63,040- $86,680, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Quotation Specialist will assist with mid-to-large RFQ’s, winning/building new category spend within existing and new accounts, as well as support the ICSR’s and Account Managers with their quoting activities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and supplier partners
- Assess business opportunities from Sales and other internal partners, engage customers and suppliers in qualified opportunities to improve WFS’s cost and lead time position to win business
- Work with the Sales Leadership and Product Management teams in supporting cost support optimization strategies with CSP’s
- Support Sales and Operations Coordinator with cost support changes to Sales and other internal business partners
- Receive and respond to incoming large size quotes requests
- Analyze, negotiate, adjust and/or approve quotes to provide the most appropriate pricing strategy in accordance with corporate guidelines and set targets
- Exercise solid business judgment in making critical, high-impact financial pricing decisions and create CSP to maintain a competitive posture in the marketplace while driving profitable revenue growth
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8-10 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under severe time constraints and pressure
- Background in MRO industry and understanding of the deal formation process are assets
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & S2K
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers and supplier partners through email, phone and in-person
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and analytical skills
- Must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
