Zoro Tools, Inc. is seeking a Senior Relevance Engineer in Chicago, IL with the following requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 4 years, 6 months related experience. Prior experience must include: Tune rank features in Elasticsearch mappings to improve recall and precision of search results; Perform signal modeling by collecting user events data and analyzing using SQL and Looker Dashboards to determine best signals for relevant results; Run A/B experiments to determine which combination of mappings and queries yields the most relevant search results; Index required signals and data into Elasticsearch through Python based ETL pipeline; Implement semantic search using vector search. 100% remote work allowed from anywhere in the U.S. Please submit resume to https://jobs.grainger.com, reference job # 309772.
